I love sweets. I would skip a great meal for an amazing dessert. So I was very excited to try out Barbara’s Handmade Cookie Pies. Cookie Pies are delicious sweet treats that look like a pie but eat like a cookie. What is really great about the cookie pies is you don’t even need a fork or a plate! They come in a variety of yummy flavors such as: Almond Joyful, Apple Caramel, Oreo, Peppermint Patty, and many more.
I tried out the Peanut Butter Cup cookie pie.

At first the concept of not eating a pie with a fork was very weird to me! I got out the fork, but realized eating it with your hands is way easier. It was great having my kids try this out. It was mess free!! Overall, my family really liked the cookie pie.
The only thing I did not like about it was that there was no directions on how to store it. It came shipped with a cold pack, but I wasn’t sure if I should store it in the refrigerator, freeze it, or if I could just put it on the countertop I put it in the refrigerator until we tested it, but it would be nice to have that somewhere on the package.

That looks so good and what a cool idea!
That looks delicious, guess storing was not a problem since it was devoured!
SO, how many people did that cookie pie feed. They are definitely a good option for the holidays:)
This was actually eaten by my family of four. You could easily cut bigger or smaller pieces and feed 12 or more. Since it was just the four of us we did bigger pieces and each got a couple pieces. Sometimes with these sweets a smaller piece is better though if you know what I mean! LOL
When it comes to my hips, smaller is always better, but when it comes to cookie pies, bigger is ALWAYS better!
LOL
