Eat like a caveman – the eMeals 7 day Paleo challenge!


I have been really interested in a Paleo diet for some time now but I never really felt like I had the tools to do so. Researching the specifics takes up a lot of time (that I don’t have), and trying to figure out a meal plan isn’t so easy when there are only so many hours in the day.

When eMeals came out with their Paleo subscription I was really excited. I had previously been using the clean-eating menus, but Paleo was right up my alley.

So what is Paleo?
