Those of you that have been reading Mommy Bunch posts recently may know that my husband and I are trying to live a more healthy lifestyle. For him that means cutting back on many things such as sugar and carbs (read more about this soon), but for me it means making sure my meals are well-rounded and really just healthy overall.

One thing that is important is making dishes that are heart healthy. Campbell’s Soup Company has a large line of products that can help me do just that, plus they’ve given me some great recipe ideas to share with you!

I’m definitely on a journey toward a healthier life too. My big thing is walking more and drinking almost 90% of my fluids through water. Way to go for working toward health in your famiy too!

We just moved and the first meal I cooked in our new home was chicken with creme of chicken soup in the crock pot. Always a hit at our house and after weeks of eating out from moving, a nice home cooked comfort meal that was also healthy worked for us.
