Jello Strawberries, an Easy and Healthy Snack Idea!

Want a healthy snack idea that your kids will love?  Perhaps you want a cool way to serve a treat at your next party or gathering.  Jello Strawberries might be just what you are looking for!  Kids will love that there is jello inside, and grown-ups will love that it is a healthy snack option.  This treat works great for adults too!  If you want to make it a 21+ gathering, add a little alcohol to your jello before placing in the fridge, but don’t go overboard, a little bit goes a long way!

Jello Strawberries

  • 12 + Medium Strawberries
  • 1 packet Jello

  • 1 drizzle vodka (any clear alcohol works, but some types may change the flavor)

Step 1
Cut the tops off all strawberries

Step 5 Optional Step: Add a drizzle of alcohol to each if serving for the 21+ crowd
Step 6 Place strawberries in refrigerator and chill for 4 hours

In this recipe I used red jello, but if you want a contrasting color you could use green, yellow, or any other color you like.  Make it fit your theme!
