Looking for great children’s books? Check out the My Friend Paris series! ~Book Review

Recently I had a chance to share two new children’s books with my kids; Paris goes to San Francisco and Paris goes to Los Angeles, by Paris Morris, Liberty Morris, Jenna Conwiser, and Jackie Singer.
The My Friend Paris series of books are by far the cutest things I have seen in a while.  I received two of the books from the travel series, and my kids just adored them.  The books highlight Paris’ experiences as she travels to different locations; talking about the places she visits, and recommending her favorite spots to visit and shop.

In addition to the travel series of books, Paris Morris has also written a series based on her experiences with her twin sisters.  Here is more about Paris and her line of books:

The ‘My Twins’ series of books were written by Paris Morris, a 14-year old author living in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Paris Morris is a typical 14-year-old girl who enjoys musical theater, golf, and going to the movies with her friends.  She has inspired seven books currently in print, and is working on several additional titles involving her twin sisters as well as children’s travel to New York, France, Italy and Hawaii.

Overall these books are really cute, and kids are sure to enjoy them.  They have lots of brightly colored illustrations, and are easy to read.  I think the Paris series of books would make a wonderful gift for any child on your holiday gift giving list, or as a fun “just because” gift.  They really are fun to read, and since the main characters are children, the stories are relatable.

When I was younger I would love to read books like this. It was almost like I was the person in the book. We lived in a small town.
