One of the biggest reasons I decided I wanted to do the Nutrisystem program was of course to lose weight for myself, but also because I wanted to try to inspire others to lead healthier lives. How could I talk about healthy living if I wasn’t doing it myself?
Healthy living doesn’t always have to be about weight loss, but to start my journey toward a healthier life that is where my journey begins. So far I have lost 14 pounds using the Nutrisystem program, and I am almost to my goal of 20 pounds lost.
I have learned a lot along the way, and have even joined in with several other bloggers in a healthy living blog hop so as to help inspire others to lead healthier lives. I have been learning about lots of new fitness products, like the fitbit one; and even have a few friends who have decided to give some of the fitness things a try. My husband and I finally have our home gym set up and ready to use (see pic below), now we just have to figure out a way to make it a routine and stick to it!

Overall I feel healthier now that I’ve shed a few pounds, and I hope that I can inspire others to make the change toward healthier living as well!
Nutrisystem Success Report
Program Starting Weight: 159 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1 lbs
Weight after week 17: 145 lbs
Total weight loss: 14 lbs
I’m down one more pound this week, which is great because I was starting to feel like I was stuck in a rut. One pound at a time is all it takes, and I’m glad to be a little closer to my goal this week!
I hope you will continue with me on my journey, as I blog each week of my experiences and success with Nutrisystem Nation over the next four months! You can find all of my Nutrisystem stories as I journey through this program by visiting this link: Jesica’s Nutrisystem Journey
