Week four on Nutrisystem and things are starting to settle into a groove. Understanding the meal plan, and what I should and shouldn’t be eating has become much easier!
I am a few days late on getting this report out to you, so this is actually for last week, but I did weigh myself on my regular day and had lost 1 more pound as of that date!
I feel I can be doing better, as I am still having a problem giving up my soda, and I’ve been having terrible headaches, but I am hoping to cut back on my soda consumption over the next week.
I have been sticking to the meal plans, and really doing well with this, but I know I really need to kick it up a notch now.
This week’s report is short and sweet, but I know I have some things to work on, and I’m going to try to do that before all this soda consumption catches up with me!
Program Starting Weight: 159 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1 lbs
Weight after week 4: 153 lbs
Total weight loss: 6 lbs
