Preparing for the holidays – bathroom edition

I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Charmin. I received product samples and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

One reason I love the holiday season is the chance to get together with family that I may not have seen in quite some time. If we are hosting, I like to make sure our home is presentable and that any common use areas are comfortable and inviting.

Preparing for holiday visitors

The areas I focus on when I know we are having visitors are the living room, kitchen, and also the bathroom. I like to do an extra deep-clean, place out sample size toiletries for guests, and of course make sure we are stocked up on hand soap and toilet tissue.

One way to cut back on having to use too much toilet paper is choosing Charmin Ultra Strong or Ultra Soft. With Charmin, you can use up to 4X less toilet tissue! Another benefit of the Charmin tissue is that it is guaranteed clog free! I don’t know about you, but nothing puts a damper on a bopping holiday party like a clogged toilet. Not only does Charmin have Roto-Rooter’s stamp of approval to be clog-free and septic-safe, but it is also used by plumbers more than any other brand!

When things like bathroom supplies and clogged toilets are off my mind it gives me lots more time to enjoy the festivities and our guests, and of course focus on preparing amazing meals and sharing them with family!

So tell us…

How do you prepare your home for holiday guests? Do you pay special attention to areas like the bathroom?

Luckily, I have not had to entertain guests or holiday dinners at my home. But, if I did, I would definitely spruce up all the rooms, especially the bathroom.

No clogged toilets please! They’re bad enough on a regular day, but they’re a real downer when company is over.

We LOVE Charmin. I had a big issue in my septic system earlier this year and I do not EVER want to go through that again.

Luckily my bathroom is always stocked with Charmin. So my biggest worry when company comes is just getting the house clean. lol.

Ugh, nothing ruins the holidays like a clogged toilet. Thankfully we use Charmin, so I don’t have to worry 🙂

Charmin rolls tend to stay around a lot longer. It’s a great way to save water.

Making sure that the bathroom is well stocked is always important. Guests should feel comfortable during their stay!

I pay special attention to the room where they are staying. I always make sure I have little soaps, shampoos, gum, tissues, etc…for them to use.

I like this brand because with 5 kids they clog my toilets constantly and with Charmin this does not happen!

The bathroom is the FIRST place I worry about. I have 5 little boys… which means our bathroom can be scary! LOL

Yes, we definitely prep for the holidays. We have a guest bathroom that only my hubby uses. So when I start to prepare for the holidays, it is such a mess. But he only uses Charmin, so at least that is taken care of! lol

I like to have special holiday hand towels and soap in my powder room when guests come over. Having toiletries for them to use is a good idea, too.
