I was always tired throughout my pregnancies, and after having my fourth child I knew I wanted to get back to an even higher level of energy than I had before I was pregnant. With four kids you need a lot of energy to keep up. What I didn’t really know was how I was going to fit in time to exercise — or even plan healthy meals with a newborn and 2yr old to look after, plus two school aged kids who need homework help or need time with mom on their own.
No More Excuses
For the first couple of months, I was in ‘recovery mode’ since I had a c-section and used that as my excuse to not really do much. Well, it is finally time for me to take charge of my health and do something. Excuses are over. Ever since I was introduced to the Johnson & Johnson 7 Minute Wellness for Expecting and New Moms™ app, I have been kicking into high gear — for 7 minutes at a time.
This app is great because it doesn’t take a lot of time out of my day to do the exercises, my 2yr old does it right along with me because to her it is just more fun time with mom, and after each session I feel completely energized! Plus I can do these in my pajamas and not feel bad about it — don’t judge. 🙂
