I love whole wheat pasta - in this heat it makes the best chilled pasta salad with a quick Italian dressing, any chopped veg on hand, some legume (lentils or chickpeas a favorite here) and generous sesame seeds, chopped walnuts and grated Parm, yummy! Reply

I still can't get my family to convert over, so I mix whole wheat pasta with regular pasta 50/50 in all my recipes ... when I can sneak it in without them seeing the box! We eat a lot of spaghetti with a homemade sauce that I cook in the crockpot. Reply

One of the pasta dishes my family likes that I make with whole wheat pasta is a pasta salad w/ cubed grilled chicken, marinated artichokes, sundried tomatoes and olives. (I'm not an olive fan so my plate is the one w/ the pile of olives pushed to the side!:)) Reply
