Choosing baby products inspired by all-natural home-based remedies

I participated in Influencer Activation on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Baby Mantra. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.

If you’ve been around here any time recently, you probably know by now that I’m really into eating healthy, living healthy, and using the best organic and natural products that I can for my family. Some of my friends might say that I’m a little overboard, I just like to think I’m ensuring that everything I do is the best for my family – both now and in the future (have you seen how many toxic chemicals are in products these days?).

When it comes to my babies, I’m especially cautious. Did you know that children’s bodies absorb 40%-50% more through their skin than adults?

Because we are so overexposed to all these dangerous chemicals, I want to make sure the products we use in our home are safe. I’ve researched a lot of different baby care products. There are many good ones out there, and and many that contain a lot of the ingredients on my no-no list. One brand that I have found to really work well, and contain ingredients that I know I can trust, is Baby Mantra.

With ingredients like Grape Seed Oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, and more; I know that what I’m putting on my baby’s skin isn’t going to be harmful.

My baby girl loves bath time as you can see. She is pretty much always happy – until it is time to get out that is. Then she is a little mad that she has to go from the nice warm bath into the cold air. After using the Baby Mantra shampoo + body wash (the bubble bath and conditioner I use for my 5 and 7 yr old), we head off to her room where she gets a nice relaxing massage with the Baby Mantra calming massage oil – sure wish I got pampered like this!

This is actually the first ‘oil’ I’ve used. I’m typically a lotion type of person but I figured I would give the oil a try. To my surprise, I really loved it. It glided on so easily and was not greasy at all. I can tell she liked it too as she calmed right down once I started massaging her with it. It has definitely become my new favorite product – I even use it for myself!

As a mom, we know how important it is to have a very natural product for our little ones. This is for their safety. No one wants to use those items that can harm our babies. Reply
