EatSmart – GetFit

For those who have been following the blog, you know I have been taking part in the Nutrisystem Nation blogger program. So far, I have been doing well and have lost almost half of my goal weight.

I’ve actually reached a point where I don’t just want to lose weight, I want to be healthy and more fit as well.

Part of the Nutrisystem program is about eating right, but they do suggest you also add in exercise and make healthy choices for yourself.

One thing I know I need to do more of is drink water. I also need to increase my muscle mass and lower my body fat.

For me, the hardest part of doing any of these things is just keeping track. I am not much for writing things down (although I’m trying to be a little better at writing down my meals and water intake), and unless I can see my progress right in front of me, I doubt much will change.

So when I had the chance to try the EatSmart Precision GetFit Scale, I was really excited. This scale, not only has instant read technology so that when you step on it can read your weight right away (no tapping and waiting), but it can also read your body fat, total body water, muscle mass, and bone mass….plus it looks pretty cool too!

The scale I had previously was a digital scale, but you had to tap it before you could step on or it would just error out, and it didn’t have any where near the functions that this one has. It was definitely time for a new one!

The best thing about this scale is the fact that I can just step on and it instantly gives me a reading, plus remembers my user profile so it can track my results.
