Quaker recently asked this question and I have to admit, I am often lacking energy throughout the day. From kids keeping me up fighting bedtime, to getting up early for work, and now a new baby that requires midnight feedings — I could use a lot more energy.

So what would I do if I had more energy?

  • Find more time to play with my kids. Teach them new things, explore new places, and just have fun.
  • Have more date nights with my husband. We hardly ever get out of the house alone together.
  • Do more craft projects and hobbies that I enjoy
  • Dedicate more time to giving back and serving the community.

What would you do if you had more energy?

Think about it. Where would you go? Who would you see? Would you run out to do a quick workout over lunch, or maybe toss the kids into the car and run out for a day at the park?

Quaker believes we are in the midst of a Human Energy Crisis. Yesterday I had the chance to watch a short film from Quaker that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, then talk to celebrity mom Brooke Burke-Charvet via a Google Hangout. The film was an amazing look into the busy lives of moms and was even a little emotional to watch!

After the film we had a chance to chat with Brooke. With tips such as making sure to get a good breakfast to start the day, and ensuring she spends quality time with her kids by having everyone gather at the dinner table Brooke gave some great tips on how she manages her busy life.

Take a look at the film here and let us know how YOU add energy to turbo-speed your life!
