Fitness at my convenience, what could be easier! ~Ended~

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Gaiam for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

When I first heard about GaiamTV and what it had to offer, I thought Now this is something I could actually use!  I have been working so hard to stay in a fitness routine and not get bored with it, or just give up, so to be able to stream thousands of different videos would be just the thing to break out of the same old routine.

Fitness TV on my schedule,  Gaiam TV offers you over 2000 fitness titles that you can stream at your convenience.  You can view yoga, Pilates, and cardio classes; and practice with instructors such as Jillian Michaels, Mari Winsor, Kathryn Budig, The FIRM, Mandy Ingber, and more!  But this is not just simply viewing programs, you can actually customize your workouts for weight loss, body sculpting, or increased energy.  You can easily search for titles, instructors, or even length of workout.

Using GaiamTV would be ideal for me to be able to find time to get in a workout while getting the best instruction available, but also make sure that I am changing it up.  I hate getting stuck in a routine, and with the ability to view over 2000 titles, there is no way I can get stuck doing the same old thing!  And since Gaiam TV offers 24/7 convenience, I could use this any time of the day.  I have such a hectic schedule that being able to use it at 9pm, or 6am, or 1:00 in the afternoon is absolutely what I need.  In addition, you can not only stream content from your personal computer, but also to your Ipad or smartphone!  Great for getting in those workouts on your lunch break!

I would love to win this! I have been working on getting healthier. This would be awesome to have for those days when I just can't make it to the gym~if the kids are sick, or whatever. I could just do my exercise at home! I could also use a new yoga mat, I have been using mine for a few years now. Reply
