Anyone who knows me, knows I love a good bag of chips now and then.  My husband and I have both been really into the kettle style chips lately, and recently I had the opportunity to try out a few flavors of the Hawaiian Brand kettle chips.

Here is what I tried:

The Sweet Maui Onion Flavor.  I have to say this was one of my favorites.  It was really tasty, and the onion flavor was no overpowering.  Definitely one I would recommend.

For those that like just a regular plain ‘ole potato chip with just a little salt, the Original flavor is for you.  It has a great crunchy chip, with just enough (not too much) salt to make it quite flavorful.  Another great choice.

The Wasabi flavor I was a little nervous to try.  I do NOT like anything spicy, and I know wasabi can give quite a kick.  This was the flavor I tried first, just to kinda “get it over with,” lol.  For those who like spice, you will not be disappointed, but this is definitely not for me!  Way too much going on for my taste buds to handle.  🙂

And last, but not least, I tried the Luau BBQ.  My husband and I LOVE barbecue flavored chips, so this had some high expectations to live up to.  The flavor was really good, and overall, it did a great job living up to the high bar my husband and I set for BBQ flavored chips, especially kettle style chips.  My rating on flavor/taste would be 4 out of 5.

If you like kettle style chips, or you just want to try something new, give the Hawaiian brand a try because I don’t think you will be disappointed!  If you want to find out more about these chips, or order some for yourself, you can visit the Hawaiian Snacks website here.
