My family recently discovered a new love. A new food favorite that is. My kids have become seriously smitten with the Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin we made a few weeks ago and have been asking to have it again and again.
I can’t blame them since this really is a superb dish, and since it is so easy to make of course I’m willing to oblige more often than not!
From start to finish you can have this wonderfully juicy and tasty dish on your plate in less than an hour, including baking time. Especially if you get the kids to help!
My daughter loves to help chop whenever possible. I am always keeping a careful eye on her procedure as we don’t want to lose any extremities when using sharp knives.
My son loves to help too. He really loves cooking and measuring, so making the glaze for this dish was right up his alley. The Maple Glaze is so simple, he made a quick little video showing you how easy it is (mom helped remind him what ingredients we were using). 🙂
This recipe is enough to glaze two pork tenderloins roughly 1lb each. I made one and saved half the glaze in the refrigerator to use again for next time!
After all is said and done, enjoying the meal is the best part!
