A few weeks ago Quaker premiered a short film, “Not a Matter of Time,” which explores the Human Energy Crisis: running out of energy before running out of time. Like many of us, you are likely racing through the things you love and often lack energy for the people you love. You could say that you’re part of this Human Energy Crisis.
Brooke Burke-Charvet hosted the premiere at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival and I had a chance to chat with her live via a Google + hangout! Brooke gave some great tips on how she manages her busy life. We also had a chance to talk about what we would do if we had more energy. You can see my responses in my blog post about having more energy.

We also had a chance to watch the film “Not a Matter of Time” before it premiered at the film festival and it is one you truly want to see! Check it out below, then enter to win a good energy prize pack from Quaker. I received one of these same gift packs and it is truly amazing!
