The past week my whole house has been under attack. We have been attacked by sickness. My kids got it, then I got it. I have just not been feeling well for a little over a week now, and sleeping has been difficult with my sinuses all plugged up.
So what do you do when you are sick and don’t feel like eating? Some days you just forget and have to remind yourself to eat…like I did on Tuesday.
It was about 2pm before I realized I hadn’t eaten, so I grabbed one of my Nutrisystem Chicken Noodle Soup entrees and I was set. They have all kinds of food…even for when you are sick! The soup hit the spot and I actually felt a little better after eating. 🙂
My weight loss this week was up and down. I think I was retaining water from just not eating and drinking enough, but I did lost slightly. It was a full pound, but it was a loss.
When you are sick, the best thing is to take care of yourself first. Don’t worry so much about your “diet”, and just make sure you are getting nutrients into your body. I probably would have felt better sooner had I eaten and kept fluids in like I should have.
