Do you give thank-you gifts?

Have you ever had someone do something really nice for you, or help you out in some way, but you were unsure how to thank them properly?  Did you want to give them some sort of thank you gift, but really didn’t know what to get?

What about flowers?  Everyone loves to get flowers to brighten up their day, and what better way to say thank you than to send a beautiful bouquet to that person or persons who helped you out!

This fall my in-laws helped me quite a bit with getting our yard ready for winter.  They came over and helped me rake up all the leaves in our yard and haul them to the yard waste facility; plus they always bring us treats and help take care of the kids.  To thank them, I thought it would be nice to get them something they would enjoy.

I found these Thank you gifts from Interflora, and picked out a cute bouquet that I’m sure they will love!

This vase full of pretty pink and white flowers really is the perfect gift. It’s ready to display, easy to look after and is full of color and texture. The large headed rose takes centre stage and is beautifully complemented with a mix of favorite flowers.

This arrangement features a pink large-headed rose, pink germinis, white spray chrysanthemums and pink spray carnations with eucalyptus and salal presented in a curved glass vase with pink sisal collar.

I think this bouquet would look great in their dining room, plus it comes with chocolates!  Who doesn’t love to get chocolate as a gift?!!

Sometimes a simple “thank you” will surely suffice, but sometimes you do want to go the extra mile for that person or persons who are always there to help you out and give you a hand.  What do you do for those people in your life who really deserve a little extra gratitude?

Tell us….if you are going to give someone a thank you gift, what do you typically send/give?
