If you are looking for a great movie for family movie night, UglyDolls is just the thing! Centered around the adorably unique town of Uglyville, the film follows Moxy and her friends as they confront what it means to be different and discover that you don’t have to be perfect to be amazing.

We have a family movie night every so often in our house and there is always a debate over what movie we are going to watch, but when I brought out the UglyDolls Blu-ray, there was no debate at all. Everyone wanted to watch!

UglyDolls – Our Thoughts

All four of my kids thoroughly enjoyed the movie and they all told me they “really liked it”. The way I know my youngest likes a movie is that it holds his attention and he isn’t up playing with toys partway through.

The movie has a great message and it is one that I think is appropriate for kids to watch. The music is fun, the characters are cute, and the movie keeps your attention throughout.

After the movie we all enjoyed some snacks and drinks, and my kids each got to snuggle up with some UglyDolls plushies, candies, and a fun board game that everyone was able to play — even the youngest.

UglyDolls Synopsis
